Burgerado in Herne

Ordered there for the first time today, food was delivered on time and warm in cardboard boxes. The burgers were super juicy, a good size and very tasty. It was guaranteed not to be the last time it was ordered there.

My burger and the accompanying side dish were delicious. Unfortunately, the side dish (french fries) for my friend was very small, simply not enough for the price. In addition, the wrong chicken burger was delivered to her. It was also cold and in places not well done ...

Very juicy burgers, within 20 minutes (Sunday) our doorbell rang. Very nice supplier!

Super tasty - I can only recommend it! You have a large selection of food and drinks here. The staff are very courteous and kind. You have a slightly longer waiting time here, which is understandable, since deliveries are also made here, but we were put off well :-) In short: TOP! We will be back :-)

Personal probably doesn't know the term service. Nothing is going on and you wait and wait for food. As an excuse: Lieferando! ordered so much. Pizza wasn't through. You don't have to have it anymore.

Ordered 2 servings of fries. One box was only half as full as the other .. someone must have slept when it was filled. The chicken patty of the burger was dark on the outside but absolutely not through on the inside. Inedible. Since a certain amount of money is required here, it flows heavily into the evaluation. Quality can have its price, but then it cannot afford such mistakes.

The pulled pork burger so the meat was very, very bad as it was rock hard, the fries were already completely drooled. In addition, something was forgotten with my order, although the delivery itself took ages. Overall, the food was only lukewarm and generally a total letdown, I'll never order there again!

Never again. ! Burgers were cold and disgusting, the meat was barely edible. The fries are sloppy. The store in a desolate condition. Slit upholstery, lighting torn from the wall with bare cables, etc. Only the service was very nice and dedicated and that you can put your burger together with the app and pay via PayPal is very practical.

A huge selection of food & drinks! The burgers taste great & especially the homemade lemonades !! The team also came across as very friendly. I can only recommend.

Hello dear readers, I can only say a great team, nice waiters, the shakes and limos are definitely worth a visit! You can sit outside and eat in peace, you have a view of the city and the burgers are great! The prices are reasonable and you can spend a nice afternoon or evening there with friends or relatives all in one.

Excellent restaurant with a creative idea and delicious food as well as unique shakes that can rival any ice cream parlor in terms of taste! In addition, there is great service with a very nice young lady! Keep it up!

The food was ok and brought to the table warm. Unfortunately, there was a problem with the vegan order, as the falafel burger is offered in a vegan and vegetarian version. Unfortunately both under the same name. There is a need for improvement on the part of the management so that there are no misunderstandings when ordering. The waiting time until the food was served was relatively long. However, the service tried very hard to make our stay pleasant. All in all, the visit was OK. Work could also be done on the cleanliness of the seats (stained and broken seat cushions). I don't know yet if I'll have dinner there again.

We got something delivered. We were always happy to be guests in the old Burgerado and of course we wanted to try out the direct successor, especially to support the restaurant after this difficult year. Positive: - the bowls were quite tasty - the lemonade was pretty tasty Negative: - The delivery was planned after 45 minutes when ordering. We know that these are approx. But after 1.5 hours, twice the delivery time, we were just dead hungry. So I called and asked friendly. Unfortunately, the answer was annoyed, snotty and full of 'I'm putting my customers off' - phrases. Pity! - When the food was finally there after 1 hour and 45 minutes, I quickly overlooked the order at the dining table (my husband accepted the delivery). Unfortunately, the lemonade that I ordered for him to the surprise was completely missing. So I called and a subsequent delivery was initiated without any problems - the lemonade was there just 45 minutes later! Good job... - we got down to the burger we ordered. These were, if you want to put it benevolently, still lukewarm. The burger bun was completely soggy at the bottom - to compensate for it, the rest of the bun was dry as a bloom ... the burger fell apart and due to the amount of water / juice it was nowhere near possible to eat this burger properly. Afterwards we both looked like 2 year old children and the whole dining table was messed up. Good thing we didn't go to the restaurant ... - Each of our bowls should have 1 serving of pizza rolls. Not necessary, but nice addition. We got a very large portion for our bowls: a total of 1.5 micker rolls per bowl. You don't have to overdo it. - For dessert we ordered the grilled pineapple - a dessert that we have already had in various restaurants and is also part of our barbecue evenings. If this pineapple had been my first of its kind, I would certainly not have become a fan of this dessert - it swam in the water and there was no trace of cinnamon. Maybe it's because it must have been a golden pineapple, obviously. I can't explain the price of 6.90 euros for 4 half slices otherwise. We are actually customers with a lot of understanding and actually give everyone a second chance. Unfortunately, this performance was so bad that there won't be a second time this time. A shame Ruhrpott Burger - but we won't come to you anymore!

Hello dear reader, I went to Ruhrpott to eat burger today, August 29th, 2020. We ordered burgers, fries, dips, baked potatoes and 2 colas for a total of € 29.00 (see picture). To eat: I ordered 2 x 0.5l for € 2.80 each and got 0.3l at the table. When I asked the waitress about it, she apologized and said that only 0.3l will be charged. Food was ok. However, the rolls were very thin and they disintegrated when you bite off. About the service: At the next table a woman got a wrong or wrongly filled burger. There were no more avocado dips at the other table to my right. When asked by the waitress at the kitchen team, the cook sniffed at the waitress in the worst possible way. To the bill: We should pay 29.00 € according to the order. But since we only received 0.3l Colas, the price would of course have been cheaper. In the end we should pay € 29.60. NEVER AGAIN RUHRPOTT BURGER !!

We made use of the resident service. The food came quickly and was hot. Unfortunately, some components weren't included, the eggplant cream was missing on two burgers, which made them very dry. The vegan burger didn't have avocado cream, but mayonnaise, which is unfortunately a NO GO because the vegan had no food now. The whole wheat roll ordered was also a normal bun. So the implementation of the order was unfortunately a bit flawed. Delivered quickly. The burgers couldn't really be rated due to the lack of components ... Unfortunately dry. What is really not nice is that we didn't reach anyone by phone.

I was there on Thursday with 2 friends and I have to say the citizens are ok, but the cocktails are just amazing, they are really recommended. Try the cocktails, a very nice waiter, very charming and attentive

I really liked the cosy decor of this place: it felt homely and comforting, just like the food generally was. I was pleased that they give a helping of two chicken breasts for their chicken burgers [most places only give you one]. The highlight by far is their chips (pommes frites): they really are homemade, crispy, flavoursome and of generous portion. My only gripe is the fact the place doesn't accept Visa/MasterCard, though this isn't anybody's fault; it's just the way the place operates. Therefore, any visitors to Germany wanting to try this place out should be prepared to use cash.
